RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. The minimum age required to rent is 25 years old. The maximum number of occupants for Le Chalet Pelican is 6 people.

2. No party will be tolerated.

The Tenant agrees to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood at all times according to the municipal by-law as stipulated in by-law 2013-534. 3. For security reasons no fireworks are allowed. Animals are prohibited and the establishment is non-smoking inside. Respect the limits of the property and those of others. Failure to comply will be considered a nuisance and is subject to the same rule #2013-534. It is forbidden to make a fire on the ground outside the outdoor location provided for this purpose. The fire must be completely extinguished when left unattended (departure, night etc.). 4. The tenant undertakes to:

5. Security deposit

A deposit is required before entering the premises. This deposit is usually charged by credit card. An email containing a secure link will be sent to the Tenant +/- 2 days before arrival for payment. For security reasons, the Tenant undertakes not to communicate these credit card details only through this secure link and via no other means except in cases of force majeure. Through the secure link, the landlord will not have access to the tenant's credit card information, nor will it be saved.

6. Termination clause

In the absence of payment of the rent and payment of the security deposit, the lease will be automatically terminated. Failing compliance with one of the obligations of the lease, it will be terminated automatically and the deposit retained by the lessor as a provision on the sums or damages owed by the lessee.

7. Cancellation

It is agreed that in case of cancellation / withdrawal of the tenant: More than 14 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid, Less than 14 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation as a penalty clause. Less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant is not entitled to any refund.

8. The tenant undertakes to:

not throw anything in the toilets, sinks, and bathtub likely to obstruct the pipes, such as cooking grease, hair mass, sanitary tampons, disposable wipes, ear cleaners, condoms, food; failing which the costs incurred for the return to service will be entirely invoiced to the tenant.

9. Household garbage must not be accumulated inside the chalet. They must be sorted and placed in the black outdoor trash can provided for this purpose. Recyclable materials must be placed in the green bin and organic materials in the brown bin.

10. Doors and windows must be locked when the chalet is unoccupied as well as on departure at the end of the stay.

11. Check-in / Check-out

Arrival time for Chalet Le pelican: 5 p.m. Departure time: 12 p.m.


THE LANDLORD AGREES:

1. Maintain in force, throughout the rental period, the minimum insurance required by law.

2. Deliver the chalet in good condition, i.e. clean and with the equipment in good working order.

3. Notify the tenant if, for any reason, the landlord cannot rent the chalet to the tenant for the agreed dates and agrees to reimburse the deposit paid in full. No additional amount for damages or losses suffered can be claimed in any way from the landlord.
